Checkpoint Off-road was founded by Matt Stavish. With 30 years of racing experience Matt had factory rides with three companies and worked closely with some of the best tuners in the business. Near the end of his racing career Matt started tuning his own and a few friends bikes. Now semi-retired from racing Checkpoint Off-road offers services for all riders and racers of all makes and models. Checkpoint Off-road offers personalized service with all suspension work performed by Matt himself.

New Bike Set-up
With 30 plus years of riding and racing, we are experts in bike prep and set-up. We personalize your suspension settings to your style of riding, your bike and how and where you ride.
Custom Manufacturing
Our partnership with Checkpoint Machine allows us to custom build the parts we need. We developed performance parts for most bike manufacturers. We will be launching an online store soon.
Suspension Services
Checkpoint Off-road specializes in off-road suspension modification, shock rebuilds, re-valves, oil changes, fork coatings and shock replacements.
FULL SERVICE FORK REVALVE // $310*
Complete disassemble and internal cleaning of forks. Inspection of all parts for damage and wear beyond tolerances. The rider is interviewed then a shim stack is custom built for rider's weight, ability and application. Springs are replaced if necessary. Assembly completed with new oil and any OEM parts needed.
*Price includes valving. Price does not include worn, damaged parts, springs or oil.

WP BLADDER CONVERSION KITS // $170 + INSTALLATION
Replacing the piston in WP shocks with a bladder to separate the nitrogen from oil greatly reduces heat caused by piston related friction. The shock temperature is lowered and the frictionless bladder offers a more reactive and improved ride over extreme hack, acceleration and braking bumps.
COATINGS (CALL FOR PRICING AND APPLICATIONS)
For the discerning rider Checkpoint Off-Road offers turquoise or gold colored Titanium Nitrate and black DLC coatings for fork sliders and shock shafts. These coatings greatly reduce friction, decrease wear and offer the Works look.
